2024 Annual Diocesan Convention: Reminder for registrations, resolutions, nominations, volunteers, and necrology
Greetings!
The 177th Annual Convention of the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin will meet on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5, 2024 at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Convention Center in Stevens Point (1001 Amber Avenue, Stevens Point, WI 54482).
Please read this email carefully and complete the following steps as applicable.
Tentative convention agenda
- Friday: Organize for business in the afternoon, business until dinner, followed by evening social time
- Saturday: Installation of the Rt. Rev. Matthew A. Gunter as 12th Bishop of Wisconsin in the morning, lunch, and convention business until dismissal in mid-afternoon
Upcoming Deadlines
- Pre-Convention Hearings: Mark your calendars for three options for pre-convention hearings: Saturday, September 14 (10 AM), and Thursday, September 19, (6:30 PM). More details and Zoom links will be shared in future communications.
